Association "Alternativi International" is looking for 3 motivated Bulgarian participants to take part in a training course in Sorgun, Turkey!

Who are we? About Our Association:

Sorgun Youth Association President, Halil UĞUZ, Project Responsible Nurullah ŞENER. As Sorgun Youth Association we come together with young volunteers and youth workers two years ago and chose to deal with the subject which are about youths and the youngs. Our Association; after starting to do something for youngs and grouping with this goal, it has aimed group-work, cooperation, synergy field. The moot of our group: if you give importance to youngs living area and do something for them, you give importance to your own lives, too. Our group has realized 8 youth Project in total in 2013-2015

Project description:

The project summary: One of the important problems in Turkey is unemployment. This problem affects not only the individual but the society he lives in. Since young people are shaping the society in which they live ,it is obvious that individual affects the society and society affects the individual. Young people are faced with a serious employment problem. Young people in transition from school to working life are faced with a number of barriers and obstacles that prolong the transition. Prolongation of the transition process is a major pressure on university students . Young people already experiencing economic problems because of unemployment are experiencing social ( loss of self-esteem, future concerns , orientation to the informal sector ,unpaid family working , etc.) and psychological problems such as feelings of worthlessness, sadness,anger and alone ,lack of ability to fulfill their responsibilities together with the prolongatin of the process as a result of social pressure. All these problems weaken the youth spiritually and leads to various anti-social behaviors such as theft, alcohol and drug addiction and even suicide . One of the biggest problems of enterprises is shortage of contact with qualified university graduates Shortage of human resources is one of the reasons that prevent the company from reaching the desired level of efficiency and development . One of the main reasons of higher unemployment rate among university graduate students is that many young graduates have very little knowledge about what jobs are available for him in the labor market and what kind of skills and education are needed for these jobs. Our project will provide consulting services to university students and graduates looking for work about business and career prospects to facilitate the process of finding appropriate work. At the end of the project,it is expected that young people will have knowledge about available sectors,proper jobs,jobs that correspond to characteristics and expectations,CV prepartion,job interview techniques and ability to use job tools in an active way and so on. The aims of the project are to increase the youth’s knowledge and ability levels about labour market by providing guidance service about occupation, work and career, to fasten the youth’s transition from school to work life, to take away their economic, social and psychological problems which they have because of unemployment, to decrease the migration rate of our province which is in the first rank among the other provinces., to increase the employment level and contribute the efficiency and self-improvement bygathering the managements and the youth together.In addition; to strengthen the social adaptation in the European Union, to develop thesolidarity among young people in order to promote the active citizenship and to promotethe indulgence, to break the prejudice, to reduce the xenophobia, to make the young knit upwith each other who come together from different religion/language/race for the samereason, to provide the development of self-confidence of the young people with limitedopportunities by expanding their horizon, to widen our network, to write new projects, togain sustainable partnerships and to develop our entrepreneurship.There will be 42 participants who are young people,youth workers,trainers and experts.During all project activities,2 trainers and 2 facilitators from the National Agency will takepart in order to concretize the quality and success of intented projecy results.Besides, facultymembers , Job and career counselors, guidance counselors , HR experts, sociologists ,businessmen , lecturers and experts in the career field of employment will support ourproject.Interactive methods will be used in the activities. our workshops , trainings,seminars, panels, conferences cultural activities, discussions, brainstorming, questionanswer, TV programs , simulations and group work will be also used.At the end of theproject activities, our partners will hold " Career Planning and Employment ", " Career Days"and " peer education " meetings in their countries in order to transfer the skills andachievements they have acquired in the project.

Transportation:

You should come by any planet o Ankara. The distance between Ankara and Sorgun is 250 km. It takes nearly 3 hours by bus. If all the countries fly to Ankara closely. I will meet you with a minibus. If your fly hours are different, you must go to Ankara bus station A bus named HAVAŞ go there every 15 minutes. The price 4 Euro From there, you can come to Sorgun with Gülen or Ses Turism. We will meet you in Sorgun bus station. The price is nearly 12 Euro. Returns will be in the same way.

Accommodation:

Accommodation an food expenditure belong to us. You will stay in Sorgun Grand Termal Hotel. It is a luxurious hotel. There are 3 are 4 rooms in an apart. Breakfast and dinner are buffet in hotel. Lunch are sometimes in hotel, ometimes in outside according to the program. The hotel is nearly 2 km to the city centre. We will transport with a special vehicle. People from all over Turkey come to the hotel. You can use the swimming pool and sauna unlimitedly. The water of Turkish Bath boil from points, it is known that there is 1.902,7 mg/lt in a liter of the water the temperature of the water: 50-75 °C - The benefits of the spa - It is useful for rheumatism illnesses - There are good affects on woman illnesses. - It is useful for operations and the disturbances after operations - It is useful for metabolism disturbances

Participation fee:

15 euro participation fee will be collected from each participant

Covered travel expenses:

%100 of journey expenditures are met up to 275 euros. To prove your journeys, you have to keep plane, train bus tickets boarding tickets, etc. If you don’t bring them, it is not possible to the reimbursement, there process that you move from your hometowns, to the return process.
